Hi All,

Wife and grown boys got me my first smoker, WSM 18", for Father's Day. Got it early last weekend. Love it and this site. Started simple with a pork loin that tasted great. When with 5 racks of ribs (rolled) the next day. I used 3-2-1 method. Also came out good, but needed more bark. I started losing heat in the 6th hour. Don't think I had enough Kingsford loaded as I used leftover from the day before. Looking forward to smokin' Happy Father's Day
