I'm Tom. I've been cooking on a BGE for the last half dozen years or so, before that it was various cheap gassers. About a month ago I added a Weber 22" Performer. I've always used a Smokey Joe Silver as a "side burner" for the BGE.

FWIW, ribs come out better on the Weber than they do on the BGE.

Welcome Tom, your going to love your Performer. We have two and us both of them along with the other Weber's. Looking forward to seeing some cooks and don't forget the pics.
