Hello from maryland

Hello all, I have been smoking meat for about a year now on a char broil vertical smoker. I got that because it was cheap and wanted to make sure that I would like doing it, we'll I am hooked and needless to say I just purchased a wsm 18.

Thanks, I haven't cooked anything on the wsm yet bear. I am taking it camping and plan on cooking a few meats.
