Hi gang, I'm starting to look through all the information in this form. And from what I've already seen there's allot. Look forward to putting some of the tricks to use, but I hope I don't start over complicating things, and take the pure pleasure out of bbq!
 
Welcome Jeff, no need to over complicate things, everyone has their different levels. For me it's about playing with fire and cooking great food outdoors.
