Hi All,
I am a newbie to charcoal smoking, I bought a WSM 14.5 last month and have been loving it. Started out in smoking using a Brinkmann Smoke n Grill BBQ a couple years back and have had some good results however the smoker does not work well anymore so I bought the WSM. I live in the San Francisco Bay area. Hope to learn many new tips and tricks from here.
