Hello from Las Vegas

Hello all.
Getting back into grilling good food for the family. I came to realize we got away from it because we just plain hate this huge, expensive (at the time) 6 burner grille we bought when we put our pool in years ago.
The wife and I always reminisced about our old genesis 1000 we bought when we first moved in together. Was a fantastic grill for the 15 years we had it, sold it with our second home we sold years ago.

Anyway, I just put together our new Genesis E-310. Really hoping for a similar experience.
Look forward to conversing with you all. I see lots of knowledge and experience here.
