Hi everybody! I'm Giuseppe from Italy.
Two years ago I bought my first kettle and...it was love! American style bbq it's now my hobby almost every sunday!
Pork butt, brisket....low & slow it's my obsession so after a kettle 57 and a Huntington Rebel 5 I'm going to buy a WSM 18,5" next week.
Day after day I read a lot of post in this forum and the Weber Smokey Mountain is the best choice for me!
I'm here to learn everything about slow cooking and it's really really interesting!
