Hi folks,
Been grilling for the last few years on a gas grill and
Wifey bought me a 14.5 wsm as she knew i was snooping on it.
Did the firstsmkoe and then did a whole chicken with apple wood.
Need to get cherry and good coals here.
It will sure be my new friend for the next few months until i get the hang of it
