A little about me, I'm from Houston, I'm in my mid 20's, work fir a restaurant supply, love to cook and eat, and have a fascination with spices and smoking foods.
The spice blends I make and use are rather unorthodox and some might say uncalled for. But when you try star anise and cardamom in rub for your ribs, you will understand why I do it.
I use a Performer Gold for my grilling and smoking needs and hope to find some interesting new techniques while I'm here, while sharing what I have learned as well.
