Hello from Houston, TX

Hi all,

I just joined the forum to see what ideas others have etc.

I do a bit of smoking on my Weber Smokey Mountain and normal grilling on my Weber Genesis.

I will try to upload a couple of pictures of my latest projects, but need to find out how to do

I live in Houston, TX with my wife and son(who loves the baby back ribs I make on the smoker).
