Hello from Henderson, NV!

Hi all,

Eddie from Henderson here, nice to meet you.

I started cooking with charcoal in 2017 with the purchase of a 22" Weber kettle. I enjoyed cooking on it so much that my new found love for cooking has expanded into the house to include lots of cast iron, Dutch oven cooking and baking.

My humble charcoal collection includes a 22" WSM, a 22" Weber kettle, a PK Classic, a PKGO Hibachi grill, a Pit Barrel Jr. and my newest obsession a 14" WSM, which I love. I'm starting to get addicted to mini grills I think.

Anyhow, looking forward to sharing and learning.

Welcome aboard! Look forward to seeing your cooks as I’m just getting into cast iron. I started like you with a 22” kettle a few years ago and the wife finally figured out I’ve got seven stashed around as of last weekend.

Welcome, Eddie. Good thing it never gets hot in Henderson! My bro-in-law has lived in Henderson for a bit over a decade. I enjoy visiting (lots of golf), but prefer to Spring and Fall to Summer!
