Been lurking for a while now after researching different smokers. Finally decided on the 18.5 WSM. There's a local True Value hardware store that's been open a little over a month now that carries Weber products, stopped in a week or two ago and looked at the WSM, but didn't get it. Good thing I didn't, opened Friday's paper and they're having the grand opening this weekend, 20% off everything in the store! Went and picked it up Saturday morning, and they sell them already assembled! So no assembly(even though I did have to tighten all the nuts they didn't!) and 20% off, who says procrastinating doesn't work out sometimes?!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes, and I didn't waste any time getting her dirty, 10 lbs of chicken leg quarters went into the smoke Saturday evening!
