I live a little north of Knoxville Tn ,I hunt when I can and fish at times,I have 3 Weber grills,A platinum with gas assist,A Spirit 3 burner with a Door for the propane tank,and a smaller portable Q100? it slips my mind now lol. Family means more than any thing else,next up is great eats 
,Good friends combined with good food = great times. been smoking and grilling A Lot since the Early 80's.Have built a stick burner as my first smoker and have a gas and a electric smoker still.I wore out a Brinkman Stick and charcoal smoker Back when they were made heavy duty. Hope every body can cook like they want too
