Thank you for taking me in....long time lurker.
My current lineup is limited due to a move but I held on to a few of my favorites:
62-62 Statesman
77 Fairway
A couple Outriders
and a coupkle table setups

I look forward to learning and contributing.

Welcome Ryan. I used to live near Danbury about 50 years ago. We would go boating on lake Zoar back in the 60s.

Please post pics of the old kettles.

Cheers !

Welcome Ryan!

Is your '62 kettle a MLH?

I have two Fairway kettles (18" Key Lime), Please post pictures.
Haven't had a chance to clean her up yet. The Fairway is in storage right now... I'm in between moves...didn't stop me from grabbing the Statesman last week though lol

Welcome Ryan! Watcha gonna cook for us?
I can't hang with you guys but if I was to make one thing I would say my kettle Paella is my best dish. My ex wive's family were from Valencia. Her grandfather showed me the family recipe and he wouldn't show the women in the family...so he bought 2 paella pans and a 30 pack and showed me and my brother in law how to make it.

Hi Ryan, welcome from PA! Paella is my next new thing I want to do on the kettle. Already bought the pan!
Whenever I think of the “burys” in CT, it reminds me of a trip to Southbury in August of 1969. I was 10, my mom’s friend had just bought a unit in the the new Heritage Hills retirement community and we went to visit. We didn’t know it at the time but we got stuck in traffic that was heading to Woodstock! It was like a campground on the side of the road. My 10 year old eyes saw things they had never seen before!
