I love my Performer.. I got it back in 2011 and I've been mainly using it for grilling chicken breasts, drumsticks, hotdogs, and burgers.. Did a 10lbs. Boston Butt on it last Sunday and it was a-ma-zing! I've been really trying to get more creative with what I cook on it and that's how I ended up here!
