Bought my 22.5 WSM last Fall after attending a birthday party where some delicious brisket was served. The host showed me his WSM, and I bought one the following week. I started with beef back ribs, moved to whole chickens, did a prime rib roll for Christmas dinner, baby backs several times, and this weekend I tried the Midnight Smoke brisket (everything went well, except for the fact my 190 degree internal temp alarm went off at 6am). Have to admit, I've been lurking for quite awhile and using recipes. Now I'm looking to contribute to the community.
