Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hi from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I bought a Bradley smoker a few years ago, then a Weber Kettle (used the snake method), and then bought a 22" WSM last spring. My main influence is Central Texas style BBQ, as I used to go to Texas a lot. I've had the pleasure of lining up for 4 hours to try the absolutely amazing Franklin BBQ and also tried Black's BBQ in Lockhart. I love food in general, so the idea of smoking meat (brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey, bacon, etc.) is right up my alley.
I have a lot of photos to share, and also hope to learn some new tricks through this forum!
