Greetings everyone. New here to the boards and been lurking around for awhile. I've been a casual BBQ'er for awhile know using my MasterForge vertical gaser. I just recently acquired a used 18.5" WSM due to the extreme generosity of a friend. Looking forward to diving into these boards and coming more knowledgable!
