I am very happy to join up with you all! :)

A little bit about me...
Bought my first Weber kettle three years ago that started the addiction.

Fast forward through many Weber accessories, many hours lurking here at TVWBB, lots of great food grilled/smoked on
my kettle and finally my first (of probably more wsm's) a WSM 14.5 purchase several months ago... I am hooked. :rolleyes:

Here is a recent 14.5 WSM cook of three chicken quarters. Two on the top and one on bottom. I snapped these pictures about half way through the cook.





Great site here and I hope to be able to contribute a little bit. :wsm:

Welcome Joe. I think my next Weber is going to be that 14 1/2. The 18 is awesome, but I'd like something for the smaller cooks.

Hi Mark, thank you for the welcome. I think my next Weber is going to be the 18. :) The 14.5 is great for our family, plus a few guests too. The 14.5 is super low on fuel consumption.
