Started with a Q-320 4-5 years ago, was immediately impressed with Weber customer service and added a OTG. Added a Smokenator and Weber rotisserie to the OTG and have had some great results combining the 2 on chickens and turkeys. Somkenator results on pork shoulder and ribs have been mixed at best.
I've decided to add a WSM 22 to the mix and hope to start perfecting ribs, shoulders and briskets soon.
