HeaterMeter/OpenWRT for RPI 2?

Has anyone tried compiling OpenWRT for RPI 2 for use with HeaterMeter? I know that has been possible to run OpenWRT on RPI 2 for quite a while now. The reason I ask is because RPI 2 boards are now significantly cheaper and more available than RPI 1 boards. It might be time to include the capabilities.

Beyond the software there is also the physical differences with that board having 4 USB jacks. IDK for sure, but I assume Bryan is looking at the rPi 2 and + models when designing the next HM board physical layout, there isn't much need for software support until the boards can mate together.

I'm currently using an rPi B+ on an SMD modified board layout (see post by Peter F) with the existing snapshot image provided by Bryan, and it works great. All 4 USB jacks work. Since rPi 2 has the same physical layout as the rPi B+, it would mate just fine on the SMD boards.
