Hawaiian Chicken and Ribs

Going to a family Luau today and I was in charge of the meat. Did some drumsticks and flanked ribs with the Vortex. They look like they turned out great. We will see shortly how it all tastes. The vortex is pretty amazing. I think the drumsticks took about 40 mins and then I did the ribs over the flame for 2mins. Man that thing gets hot!

The flanken ribs were pre marinated from the store, I cheated. The chicken I marinated over night and then brushed on a little more at the end. I used something called Island Soyaki from Trader Joes. It is basically, soy and pineapple juice amongst some other things. Everything was a hit!
