Has anyone been to the US Foods Chef Store?

They are opening one in my town (Columbia SC) next week. Amazingly, it is only the 3rd one in the US behind Oklahoma City and Charlotte NC.

Normally our area is behind the times. Example- we just got a Whole Foods and Trader Joes within the past year.

Anyways, from what I've read about the store so far it sounds really cool. Mainly seems aimed at restaurants, but anyone can purchase there and there are no membership fees.

There are some specialty items I've been wanting (like BBQ sauce bottles, etc.) that most stores don't carry. I'm hoping this store will supply those needs.

My last trip there for butt, I struck out. Somebody came in for 70 butts.
This is my go to for both butts and briskets. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Had not heard of it until this post. Maybe we will get one here one of these days.
We have a Restaurant Depot nearby that is OK.
