Harry's SYD Rub


 
Subsequent to that recipe, Harry offered up this simplified version which I use quite often. It's got a little heat, which I like.
  • 1 TBSP Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • 1 TBSP granulated sugar
  • 1 TBSP McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1-1/2 tsp mild chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1-1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
 
On both of these recipes, would you say it’s enough rub for 1 or 2 racks of ribs? Or more?
