I don't know about "Grill Master"...maybe master BSer...he was busy cooking and generally keeping things going!!!

Thanks much for all you your nice replys!! It was a great dinner and doing 2 turkeys was no problem in the WSM 18...I was a bit worried about how the bottom turkey would look with drippings hitting it but it was no issue !
