So what are you smoking today? I did a couple pork butts on tuesday for today and I have some beans and some ATBs in the smoker right now. I'll be bringing my food over to a friends house where he is doing some Tri-Tips.

I did an overnight 2 pork butt's one injected and one in a brine. The family is over and I will also do beans, cornbread, and beer. Cheers! Happy 4th!!

My wife and I searched TIVO earlier today and recorded "Yankee Doodlee Dandee" to watch later today. Love those patriotic classics on our country's birthday!

happy 4 th to the country and ya'll ! i'm going to be doing two whole tri tips on the kettle in about three hours. yummy. just mustard, salt and
pepper. a nice little crust on the outside will finish it off.

Two butts tomorrow (15lbs total), 3 racks of baby's, and beer can chicken. Compliment with Hog Apple beans, cole slaw, and corn on the cob. Oh...can't forget, plenty of cold Bud Select and beautiful weather.
