"Hank's Sauce"

I got this from my friend Hank about a decade ago. SWMBO requires it on BBQ chicken.

2 C Ketchup
1/4 C Cider Vinegar
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 C Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Molases
2 Tbs Mustard
1 Tbs Tabasco
1 Tbs Bad Byron's Buttrub
2 Tbs Liquid Smoke *
1/2 Tbs Black Pepper

* I often leave out the Liquid Smoke and add 1/4 C Maker's Mark.

** I've been known to add meat drippings.

Simmer for a few minutes and let cool to package.

Thanks Dwain - that looks good - I love the 5 sauce found on here but I will give this a whirl as well - love the bourbon idea...
