Hand-cut Ribeyes


 
Is this old enough to hi jack now…lol…..
I did go to the beef butchers, I actually went 2 days in a row….
Spent over 500 getting beef as I was low. It’s mostly the OP’ers fault.
Picked up prime strips and rib eye, hangers, skirts, flanks and some chuck/blade roasts….
Freezers are jammed!
A few pics of one of the strips and I cooked one for tonight……
We both ate it and there is still some left.
