At least that is what my kids when young called them, sometimes simple nights on the grill are wonderful.
Some 80/20 with Montreal Steak and some garleek. Crashed potatoes with a homemade spice combo, EVOO and butter, ( thanks Jim they worked out great ) some toasted rolls and a beverage to start the cook. Love my Grill Grates, other than my WSM the best purchase I have done for cooking.

Yea two Hamburglers are a lot, but I did make it happen, The greens and little Cherry Tomatoes and Cukes are from the CEO's garden, She is on her third planting of three different greens. It is a joy for sure. The taters were superb!

Best thing about summer - the cookout. My son came over last night for snausages (if you remember that old commercial)on the grill....just sausages and corn on the cob , little salad. But so pleasant sitting outside eating and laughing.
