Hamburger Steaks with Zucchini (Photos)

Decided to do some Hamburger Steaks for supper with grilled Zucchini. Mixed up a pound in a 1/2 of hamburger with a half of a yellow onion finely diced, 6 cloves of pressed garlic and about a cup of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I then made this into two patties.

I seasoned the hamburger steaks with Plowboys's Bovine Bold and the Zucchini with Emeril's Essence. I fired up a chimney of Kingsford and set up my Performer for high heat direct cooking. Did about 4 minutes per side over direct heat and then about 3 minutes per side indirect. Perfectly cooked to MR/M.

Is that a Lodge CI grate?
Also, please tell me you mixed up the Essence using fresh spices and didnt buy the prepacked junk with Emeril's face plastered all over it. Trust me, there is no compare.
 
Yes, that is the Lodge Logic Grate and yes I use the pre-packaged Emeril's. I've seen the recipe and will do that after I run out of shaker bottle.
