Halibut season is in full swing, and we've been eating a ton of it - ! Did some tacos last night - started out with a little Saturday evening ranch water...
...while the halibut did its thing on the Weber....
Served with a little baby arugula from the garden, some cotija and finally topped with a carrot, cucumber, serrano pepper, cilantro & lime slaw....
