I finally have a 22 WSM (wife gave me for B-Day after so many hints). Been practicing on my bro in law's 18 WSM in Vegas for about a year and thanks to TVWB & other sites, I am learning just how wonderful this Smoker is. Got my WSM about 6 weeks ago, cooked on it 5 times, last one was at the Delaware Triple Threat BBQ Amatuer Competition last weekend; got 8th in chicken but 1st in ribs. Did okay on previous contest using my Kettles and an offset Brinkman Limited but feel I can improve with my WSM. Plan on practicing a few more times before the next event. Always been a Weber freak and have converted some friends to barbeque not grill like we normally did growing up in Guam.
