Had a great experience on my first cook on the 22 WSM


 
Great looking pics and food! Family must be quite satisfied.
I'm eyeballing a 22" WSM myself. Have been smoking brisket on the regular kettle grill for the past few years. Think I want to upgrade so I won't need to reload charcoal for an overnight cook.
 
Wow! That looks great. I'm big proponent of adding mass to the water pan. Done people fill it with sand and cover it with foil. I filled mine with the ceramic bricks you can buy for grills. Use less charcoal and the mass helps steady the temps a lot.
