I've got about everything I think is needed for smoking/grilling, so the last thing I expect as a gift is anything related to outdoor cooking. Leave it to our youngest daughter to come up with something useful that I don't have.
Raichlen's Barbeque Bible, Meathead and a neat grilling tool mat. I've had the Kindle version of Meathead for several years, but prefer turning pages. The BBQ Bible has all sorts of exotic recipes and offers a whole new world to someone who likes more traditional cooks. She seldom eats red meat, so maybe this is a hint to cater to her taste when she visits. The tool mat will allow me to keep procrastinating on refinishing the counters on my Grillzebo. All wins for me.
