Grilling Filets first time on 26.75'

Grilling filets for the first time on the 26.75. Used the Infra-red to grilling my wife's food (she likes things plain). Her sirloins and ham steaks for the week looked real good when done. I will say this, if you just need to fire up quickly and a quick cook that Infra-Red really is a good cook, but there is no substitute for a charcoal taste in grilling.

Forgot to take a pic of the filets when done because I was so hungry and they looked so good. They melted in my mouth.

Lots of space in that 26.75, for steaks I probably would have used more charcoal than
you did to get the heat cranked up more.
How did they turn out?
