Saturday it was 2 beautiful ribeyes on Jumbo Joe - and some muppet forgot to take photos!
So Sunday we had a couple of small Sea Bass en papillote (fennel, s&p, lemon and a sprinkle of Pernod) a couple of chilli rubbed salmon steaks and some good old pork n red onion bangers.
Cooked the bass over indirect heat for 20 mins - was SO moist and tasty
Heres one of the Bass ready for wrapping

and here's the OTP loaded with the others
