Small flank, marinaded overnight.
On direct. 5 minutes a side, grill uncovered.
At the turn.
Off.
Plated over the salad and drizzled with the dressing.
Best salad of the season so far. The dressing is awesome (we used the chili-garlic sauce)...spicy, garlicky & gingery...delicious.
