A friend made Stromboli the other week and I thought it sounded good. Well the idea of making Stromboli was washing around in my head, so today I decided to give it a try.
I didn't get any grilling pictures, because it cooked much faster than I thought it would, but I did get a few plated pictures.
I used the Performer indirect with a full chimney of KBB, and got the temp up to 350. I added a small lump of Alder wood for a light smoke. It only took about fifteen minutes to cook, and luckily I peeked or I might have burned them. I'm calling these perfect.
I was very happy enough with the way it turned out that I won't change a thing next time.
