Great recipe. That chipotle butter is sweet, rich and has just the right amount of heat with the rub. The rub makes for a great crust on the steak and compliments the butter quite well. I'll definitely do this again. Thanks for posting your cook, Hayden.

Lookin' forward to tomorrows post. Recently did some Jerk Ribs on the Egg with the boy, used Ono lump and Walkerswood Jerk Marinade.
