Followed Hayden's lead and finally got around to doing this cook:

Yukon Golds, quartered with EVOO, Sea Salt and fresh cracked pepper:
Tonight's victims. A ribeye for me, and a couple sirloin filets for my wife and boys:
Rubbed and ready. Kid steak w/ S&P and EVOO:
Almost there. Peppers on for a quick char:
Off:
Plated and ready to be devoured:
Great recipe. That chipotle butter is sweet, rich and has just the right amount of heat with the rub. The rub makes for a great crust on the steak and compliments the butter quite well. I'll definitely do this again. Thanks for posting your cook, Hayden.
