Grilled Pizza on my Weber Genesis

We made a few pizzas on Saturday evening while we started a brisket in the WSM. The sauce is my Sunday gravy and the toppings are buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto de parma.

A friend and I took care of cooking the pizzas, while my wife served as the photographer

Looks great ! Pizza ia every Friday or Saturday night thing here right thru November or until Iam hip deep in snow then we do it in the house .

The only place I would order a pizza from the family retired and the kids had other lives

There was one more mom and pop to that was very good but the 2 sisters that owned it died and had no family to leave it to and it closed !

So the making of our own every week ! And we love home made pizza and trying new toppings and chesses .
