Felt like grilling some chicken quarters last night. For the sides I went with Russet Potato Wedges and grilled carrots. Wedges and carrots are Weber recipes.
Got the chicken out and made the marinade. Nothing fancy, AC Vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Reserved a quarter cup for basting.

Bagged the chicken in the marinade for a couple of hours.

Peeled a couple of carrots.

Got the potato wedges ready. Oil and salt and pepper. Also made a butter and Dijon mustard glaze for when the potatoes are done. Also made a herb mixture with chives, dill and I Parsley.

Made a second glaze for the carrots with butter, ground nutmeg and salt and pepper. Cut up a little I Parsley for this also.

Got the chicken rolling over Direct heat.

Grilled the chicken for about 25 minutes, turning and basting a few times.

Chicken done.

In house to rest a few minutes while potatoes and carrots finish up.

Veggies on.
