Grilled Avocados

Yep you read that right. Avocados on the grill.
Brushed with a mix of olive oil and lime juice.
After turning I spooned on some salsa and covered it with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack.

For your sake Tim, i hope that is Wisconsin Monterey Jack Cheese.

Looks Good! Quite a co-inky-dink, i made fresh guacamole today.
I do not think I've ever ate avo's like this... only in guac or in a sandwich... hmmm.
well, maybe a salad.

Darn straight it is Wiscowsin Jack!
The only import stuff I use is Parmigiano Reggiano.

I make just about everything on the Weber, except soup. I cant keep it from running between the grates!
 
Do they keep that "butter" feel to them after been grilling?

Would be good with some smoked shrimps and a touch of fresh lemon juice i guess.

Will try this for sure.

That will maby be the fourth dip for my ribs on friday(pesto,aioli,bbq sauce)Think the smokynes will work great in a guacamole
