Very nice setup, Paul. May I ask, why the last summer grill day? I believe summer ends September 22. With your collection and set up, I am surprised that you wouldn’t be grilling all year long. I personally enjoy grilling when it’s 20 degrees outside and in two feet of snow. BTW your yellow lid is beautiful.

I live in the UK and US and can only really grill in the UK as my US accommodation does not lend itself to grilling! I am hopeful with a couple of portable Webers I can extend the season further when in
