New Q320 owner here. Havent even fired it up yet, but thinking about a CI griddle. I love cooking on CI pans, and in our old grill, Id put the CI pan on the grates and cook fish on it that way.
Since weber sells griddles, Im thinking that would be a nice option. However, Im not keen on the grease holes on the 300 series griddle, nor having to remove and put back the grates if I want to swap.
It looks like there are versions with handles no less, for the 100 and 200 series. Id imagine that they should fit on the 300 and work well. Does anyone do this?
Alternately, Ive seen some comments on a Lodge version. Not sure if it fits on the 300 series.
