Grey Cup Sunday/cold weather grilling

It is 0 degrees C/32 degrees F here in Winnipeg with the Blue in the Grey Cup for the 4th straight year.

That means means a big gathering and BBQ. Fired up the Weber fire pit next to the WSM, kettle and kamado.

I’m assuming Blue and Grey Cup is hockey related. I’ll see what Google tells me (anyone remember Ask Jeeves?)

Anywho, what’s on the menu for the day? Enjoy!

No. Its football. Its the championship game of the CFL (Canadian Football League). The grey is the Grey Cup and Blue is one of the teams, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

For the feast we have a massive Boston butt,
Home made/cured hot links, farmer sausage from an independent butcher, smoked queso and Pitt beans.

(There are six 16 year old boys coming I am anticipating they will eating a lot)
