Hi,

I'm originally from Argentina and I've been wanting to get a Weber Smokey Mountain since I saw the show BBQ Pitmasters and Harry Soo beat most of those guys using much bigger and expensive smokers. My dream is finally coming true and I will be building an outdoor kitchen with a Weber gas grill, an argentine wood fire grill and of course the WSM. I'm a huge fan of argentine style grilling but I also love American BBQ.

Welcome Facundo. I've never tried Argentine style cooking before. Anything cooked over a wood fire is good in my books! :)
