Hey, everybody. The name's JD and I just got a new WSM 18.5" about a month ago. I couldn't be happier about it. Grilling out is one of my favorite activities so I've been thinking about taking on smoking for a while now. I live literally a stone's throw from the Big Green Egg headquarters in Tucker, GA. Those were tempting, but for 1/3 of the price, I feel like I got a really good smoker.

I just found this site about a week ago, and I'm very happy to be a part of this community. You guys are full are great advice and stories. Also, I saw the thread on charcoal deals yesterday and went straight to Home Depot and stocked up with 160 pounds of charcoal!

Can't wait to read about more of your BBQing adventures!
