After trying to score a used WSM on Craigslist for the last year and always being just a little too late, I decided to just treat myself and buy a new one. So last Saturday I trundled down to Home Cheapo and got myself a shiny new 18.5.
I cooked some St. Louis ribs in it this past Sunday, and they came out pretty well for my first run. After reading here for awhile I realized some things I did wrong that I'll fix next time. I've been glued to this website and the forum ever since soaking up everything I can, and I really appreciate the sharing of knowledge and tips.
