Hello from Ohio. I cook on A Genesis E-310 (Natural Gas), 22.5" OTG w/ Weber side table, 22.5" OTS, Jumbo Joe, 18.5" WSM and a Weber Firepit with 26.75 grate fitted. I also have a Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Offset Smoker for big cooks. I have enjoyed Weber Grills for a long time but just recently stumbled upon this site. I look forward to learning from the site!
