Hey everyone new to the board. I have been smoking on my trusty weber kettle for a few years and grilling forever, or so it seems. Got a 22.5" WSM for Christmas and it has been fun. Anyways looking forward to reading and learning and maybe contributing Here are some pics of my 2nd attempt on the WSM..ribs and brisket flat

Pedal variety I was told i am not allowed to have a motorcycle so i augment that with bikes, kayaks and a jeep instead

I have a Giant TCR composite 3 from 2006...it was when they moved their sizing to include the M/L size in addition to the M & L sizes. First carbon fiber bike i have ever ridden and i will never go back to anything else again.
